2. The age of 30 years, the optimal frequency 1x per day, a minimum frequency of every 2-3 days
3. Age 40 years, the optimal frequency of every 3 days, a minimum frequency of every 4 days
4. Age 50 years, the optimal frequency every 5 days, a minimum frequency of every 10 days
